  1. Heat Uncle Ben’s® Spicy Style Cheddar & Jalapeno Flavour according to package directions.
  2. Heat Uncle Ben’s® Southern Chili Style Beans according to package directions.
  3. To serve: in each bowl place 2 cups/500 mL lettuce, ¼ cup/60 mL each of tomatoes, corn, cilantro and 2 tbsp/30 mL cheese. Top with 1 cup/250 mL heated Uncle Ben’s® Spicy Style Cheddar & Jalapeno Flavour rice and ½ cup/125 mL heated UNCLE BEN’S® Southern Chili Style Beans. Enjoy!

  6. Pico de Gallo is a fresh tomato salsa, if unavailable use regular salsa.
  7. Garnish with green onions and sour cream if desired.
