  1. In a separate, large sauté pan, heat oil. Add in onion and sauté until golden brown.
  2. Add in ground beef and sauté until browned and cooked.
  3. Add in corn, tomato, black beans and taco seasoning. Cook until tender and heated through.
  4. Gently squeeze rice pouch and combine with beef and vegetable mixture. Mix well and cook until heated through.
  5. Top with cheddar cheese, and serve.
