  1. Stir together seasoning ingredients in a medium bowl and coat chicken breasts with the mixture. Set aside to marinate while the oven heats.
  2. Preheat broiler on high and adjust the top rack to be at least 4-6 inches below the broiler. Arrange chicken on a foil-lined baking sheet and broil for 4-7 minutes, until the tops are nicely brown. Carefully turn over with tongs and continue broiling for another 4-7 minutes more or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  3. a. If the tops begin to burn, move your rack down a notch.
  4. While the chicken is cooking add cabbage to a medium bowl with a pinch of salt. Whisk together mayonnaise, olive oil, cider vinegar, and honey and toss together with apples, shredded cabbage, raisins, and half of the green onions.
  5. Tear the corner of 2 pouches (454 mL) of UNCLE BEN'STM Sweet & Smokey Beans and microwave both pouches on high for 2 minutes.
  6. Serve chicken with beans and slaw topped with remaining chopped green onions.
