  1. Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet (at least 12”/30 cm) over medium-high heat. Add chicken and stir fry for 5 minutes.
  2. Add vegetables, stir until well combined and continue stir frying for 3 minutes.
  3. Add maple syrup, soy sauce, water and Sriracha and stir until well combined. Simmer for 2 minutes until chicken is cooked.
  4. Heat UNCLE BEN’S® BISTRO EXPRESS® Basmati Coconut Lemongrass & Chili Flavour Rice according to package directions. For each serving: ½ pouch heated UNCLE BEN’S® BISTRO EXPRESS® Basmati Coconut Lemongrass & Chili Flavour Rice with 1 cup/250 mL Maple Chicken. Enjoy!
