Preheat grill to high. Sear steak for 5 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Remove from grill and let rest for 10 minutes. Slice thinly against the grain.

To serve divide Uncle Ben’s® Spicy Style Korean BBQ Flavour between 4 bowls. Top each with ¼ of steak, cucumbers, peppers, bok choy, radishes and green onion. Enjoy!
- Marinate the flank steak and put in the fridge for at least an hour or overnight, if possible, for even more flavour.
- Steam or sauté the bok choy if desired.
- Drizzle with gochujang (a spicy savoury Korean sauce)
