Preheat grill to high. Sear steak for 5 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Remove from grill and let rest for 10 minutes. Slice thinly against the grain.
Heat Uncle Ben’s® Spicy Style Korean BBQ Flavour according to package directions.
To serve divide Uncle Ben’s® Spicy Style Korean BBQ Flavour between 4 bowls. Top each with ¼ of steak, cucumbers, peppers, bok choy, radishes and green onion. Enjoy!
RECIPE NOTES
Marinate the flank steak and put in the fridge for at least an hour or overnight, if possible, for even more flavour.
Steam or sauté the bok choy if desired.
Drizzle with gochujang (a spicy savoury Korean sauce)
