  1. In a non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Add shrimp and Cajun seasoning and sauté for about 3 minutes or until shrimp are completely cooked. Remove from pan.
  2. In the same skillet add vegetables and sauté until tender crisp, about 5 minutes. Add cooked shrimp back to pan and stir until well combined.
  3. Heat UNCLE BEN’STM New Orleans Style Beans and UNCLE BEN’S® Bistro Express® Basmati according to package directions.
  4. To serve place beans and rice in bowls and top with shrimp and vegetables. Sprinkle with parsley. Enjoy!

  6. Add diced chorizo if desired, keep the pieces small for even distribution and to use less
