  1. Preheat grill to high. Toss vegetables with olive oil, vinegar, and fresh thyme in a medium mixing bowl and season with a pinch of salt and pepper if desired.
  2. In another medium mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chopped mushrooms, and steakhouse seasoning. Form into 4 even patties about ¾ inch thick.
  3. When grill is hot, reduce to medium-high and add burger patties and onions, separated into rings, to the grill. Cook 10-12 minutes, turning the patties at least once, until internal temperature is 160°F and cooking onions until well browned. Add bell peppers and zucchini to the grill after about 5 minutes and grill, turning once until burgers and onions are done.
  4. Tear the corner of each pouch of the Uncle Ben’s® Sweet & Smokey Flavour Beans at the notch about 2 inches to vent. Heat both pouches together on high heat for 2 minutes.
  5. Add hamburger buns to the grill to toast for about 1 minute. Add burger to buns, topped with grilled onions and your with favorite condiments and serve with vegetables and UNCLE BEN'STM Sweet and Smokey Flavour Beans.
