  1. Add tikka masala sauce and chickpeas to a pot. Heat over medium high until heated through. Add a splash of water if necessary.
  2. Heat Uncle Ben’s® Spicy Style Sambal Chili Flavour according to package directions.
  3. Heat roti according to package directions. Cut each roti in half.
  4. To assemble roti/tacos: For each half roti/taco, ½ cup/125 mL Uncle Ben’s® Spicy Style Sambal Chili Flavour, ¼ cup/60 mL chickpeas, 2 tbsp/30 mL each of cucumber, carrots, cilantro and peppers, top with 1 tbsp/15 mL yogurt. Enjoy!
  5. RECIPE NOTES

  6. Add a drizzle of mango chutney if desired
  7. Increase the amount of vegetables used.
