- Put one unopened bag of rice in a large microwave-safe casserole dish. Add 750 mL (3 cups) boiling water and cover. Microwave on HIGH for 8-10 minutes, turning bag over occasionally to ensure uniform heating.
- Remove bag with fork and allow excess water to drain away. Cut open top of bag and holding onto the COLD
CORNERS®, empty rice onto serving dish.
- If desired, season to suit own taste with salt, pepper or butter. Fluff rice with a fork before serving.
