HERBED-CHEESE FLAT BREAD

INGREDIENTS:QUANTITY:
Uncle Ben's® Stuff'n Such® - Harvest Chicken Stuffing 1 pkg (1 pkg)
butter 15 ml (1 Tbsp)
Parmesan cheese, grated 50 ml (1/4 cup)
boiling water 150 ml (2/3 cup)
asiago cheese, grated 125 ml (1/2 cup)
Cheddar cheese, grated 125 ml (1/2 cup)
roasted red pepper, cut into thin strips 75 ml (1/3 cup)


INSTRUCTIONS: Prep: 10min. | Start to Finish: 30min.
  1. Mix contents of crumb pouch, seasoning pouch, butter and Parmesan cheese in a mixer. Blend well.
  2. Pour in boiling water and continue to mix until well moistened.
  3. Spread the mixture onto a non-stick baking sheet to form a flat, even surface. Mix the Asiago & cheddar cheese together and spread over the top. Decorate with pepper strips.
  4. Bake in a preheated 200*C (400°F) oven for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow pan to rest for 5 minutes before cutting into 8 pieces. Serve warm or allow to cool on a wire rack.
