MOROCCAN BEEF & RICE SKILLET

onion, sliced

125 ml (1/2 cup)

beef stock, water and buillon cubes

raisins

50 ml (1/4 cup)

ground cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS: Prep: 10min. | Start to Finish: 15min.
- Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté onion until slightly softened. Push to the sides of the pan and add beef strips. Sauté until lightly browned.
- Add rice, beef stock, raisins and cinnamon. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat to very low and allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
