green onions, thinly sliced

INSTRUCTIONS: Prep: 10min. | Start to Finish: 25min.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Sauté garlic and mushrooms for 2 minutes. Add zucchini and carrots and continue to stir fry until carrots are tender crisp.
- Stir in green onions and soy sauce. Serve immediately over hot cooked rice, or mix well drained rice into vegetable mixture.
