BURRITOS RAPIDOS

INGREDIENTS:QUANTITY:
vegetable oil 30 ml (1 Tbsp)
onions, diced 125 ml (1/2 cup)
red bell peppers, diced 125 ml (1/2 cup)
red kidney beans, canned, drained 1 can (1 can)
salsa, mild medium or hot 250 ml (1 cup)
green onions, sliced thin 50 ml (1/4 cup)
Uncle Ben's® Instant Rice 500 ml (2 cups)
flour tortillas, large 6 ea (6 ea)


INSTRUCTIONS: Prep: 5min. | Start to Finish: 15min.
  1. Sauté onions and red peppers until softened. Stir in beans, salsa, green onions, rice and water.
  2. Bring to a boil, cover and remove from heat. Allow to rest for 5 minutes.
  3. Place a portion of rice mixture on a tortilla and roll it up.
