INSTRUCTIONS: Prep: 5min. | Start to Finish: 15min.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat and sauté garlic, chili powder, and onion until softened slightly. Add ground beef and sauté until no pink remains. Stir in rice and 875 ml (3-1/2 cups) water, tomatoes, kidney beans and Italian seasonings.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 - 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
