INSTRUCTIONS: Prep: 10min. | Start to Finish: 15min.
- Place sugar and almonds in a small non-stick skillet over medium heat and stir to dissolve sugar, lightly brown and coat almonds. Keep the temperature on the low side to minimize the browning. Remove and set aside to cool.
- Drain rice well and toss with fruit salad and Grand Marnier. The rice bags can be cooled by running them under cold water and draining well, if desired.
- Serve with almonds as the garnish.
