THAI CHICKEN SATAY

75 ml (1/3 cup)

green onions, thinly sliced

500 ml (2 cups)

INSTRUCTIONS: Prep: 5min. | Start to Finish: 15min.
- Sauté onions and red peppers in oil until softened. Push vegetables to the sides of the pan, add chicken and cook until no pink remains. Stir in peanut sauce.
- Add rice and 500 ml (2 cups) water or chicken broth. Stir well, bring to a boil, cover and remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
